Lisa moved to Charlotte when she left her small hometown in western North Carolina to study at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. After graduating in 1989, Lisa stayed in Charlotte and began her sales and marketing career, which included working with Fortune 500 companies. She attributes much of her success to the years of working with those large corporations, which helped develop her professionally as well as teach her valuable marketing and negotiating skills.
Since 1999, Lisa has been providing exceptional home buying and selling services to families across Charlotte-Mecklenburg, Union, and surrounding counties. In 2003, Lisa decided it was time to branch out on her own, so she used her corporate experience and opened Holden Realty. While she does manage other brokers in her firm, her main passion is working with her personal clients and helping guide them through the home buying and selling process. It is evident Lisa builds long lasting relationships with her clients by the number of repeat business and referrals she receives each year.
Lisa is renowned for her dedication to superior service through her market knowledge, pricing strategy, home staging assistance, and her communication and negotiation skills. Her proven selling strategy offers innovative and creative marketing solutions that are tailored specifically to your home. Lisa is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and personally sells approximately 50 homes per year. She is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and enjoys helping her buyers with one of the most important purchases of their lifetime.
On a personal note, Lisa is happily married to husband Todd and has a daughter named Lacey. Lisa’s family is a member of First Baptist Church of Indian Trail.
